Standard settings:

axes (list):

list of axis numbers. In the case of alignment grobs, this should contain only one number.

threshold (pair of numbers):

'(2 . 1000)

(min . max), where min and max are dimensions in staff space.

Y-extent (pair of numbers):

ly:axis-group-interface::height
