Keep track of durations in a run of grace notes.

User settable properties:

common-shortest-duration (moment)

The most common shortest note length. This is used in spacing. Enlarging this will set the score tighter.

Internal properties:

columns (unknown)

list of grobs, typically containing paper-columns or note-column objects.
