Multi measure rest, and the text or number that is printed over it.

User settable properties:

bound-padding (number)

The amount of padding to insert around spanner bounds.

This grob interface is used in the following graphical object(s): MultiMeasureRest, MultiMeasureRestNumber and MultiMeasureRestText.
